What this is about

This page explains which personal data Hypiva collects through hypiva.com and the Hypiva app, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

Hypiva is a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK 42169669). You can reach us at patrick@hypiva.com.

Which data we collect

  • Contact forms: your name, email, company and what you tell us (such as your budget and message), so we can reply to your request.
  • Reviews: your name, company, role, rating, review and an optional photo or logo. An approved review is shown publicly on our website.
  • Creator accounts in the app: your email, the TikTok accounts and videos you add, view counts and the payout details you enter (bank account or PayPal), so we can check posts and pay you.
  • Emails: what you send us by email.

Why we use it

We only use your data to answer your request, to carry out our agreement with you (campaigns, videos and payouts), to show reviews you agreed to share, and to meet legal duties such as keeping our records for the tax authorities. We never sell your data.

Who helps us

We use a few services to run the website and app: Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending emails) and Google Fonts (the fonts on this site, which receive your IP address when the page loads). Some of these services may process data outside the EU; they do so under the legal safeguards they offer, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and emails as long as needed to help you, and at most two years after our last contact. Reviews stay online until you ask us to remove them. Invoices and payout records are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires this.

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The website only remembers your language choice in your own browser. The app uses what it needs to keep you logged in.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. Just email patrick@hypiva.com and we will reply within a month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
